This policy explains how money moves in and out of your ProXBet24 wallet.
Deposits
- Send money only to the number shown in the app at the time of your deposit.
- Enter the correct amount and Transaction ID. Wrong or reused IDs are rejected.
- Verified deposits are added to your main balance. Deposit offers, if any, are added as bonus balance.
Withdrawals
- You can withdraw your main balance to a bKash or Nagad number in your own name.
- Minimum and maximum amounts, daily limits and any fee are shown in the app before you confirm.
- The amount is reserved from your balance when you request it. Most withdrawals are sent within a few hours; some need extra verification.
Bonus balance

Refunds
- If a round cannot start because of a system error, your bet is returned automatically.
- A rejected withdrawal is returned to your balance immediately.
- Bets on rounds that were played and settled are not refundable.
